On August 28, 2004 a election was held by property owners to determine if deed restrictions currently in place in Pedernales Bend should be extended for an additional 20 years. Ath the meeting 49 votes were cast 37 votes were - YES - keep restrictions 12 votes were - NO -let restrictions lapse Documents have been filed in the Blanco County records reflecting the results of the election and reaffirming the deedrestrictions in place for Pedernales Bend subdivision.
